About the Teacher

I first became interested in Yoga about twenty years ago when I took classes in Raja Yoga meditation. I then went on to study various forms of Hatha Yoga, including traditional Hatha Yoga, Astanga Vinyasa, Sivananda and Rudra Yoga. I hold a B.Soc.Sc and a SAC Diploma (Yoga Teacher)
Yoga increases strength, flexibility and balance-of body and mind. It builds up our immune systems, improves focus and reduces stress. Unlike other forms of exercise, you leave a yoga class feeling not tired, but energised and clear headed.
Yoga has helped me tremendously in life and I hope to be able to pass on my love for Yoga as I share it with others.
