    Wear something that you can move comfortably in: any work-out gear or cycling shorts and t-shirt would be fine. -We work barefoot, so it doesn't really matter what shoes you come to class in. -As with most forms of exercise, try not to eat anything for at least an hour before class if possible so you don't feel sick with all the twisting and moving! -Try to breathe only through your nose, long slow inhalations and exhalations. If your breath becomes short and choppy, you are pushing too hard, the breath is a guage of how hard you're working. -Take each pose to your "edge" but not to where the pose becomes painful. Listening to your body this way will open up and you will progress quickly without injuring yourself. -HAVE FUN It's your class for your benefit Do what you can, and forget the rest.

    These classes are for one or both parents to join in a fun yoga class with their children aged 4-12.
